an afternoon celebrating the season of winter, enriching the arts culture in our community
and raising money and awareness for
Mended Little Hearts of Greater Rochester (mlh).
MLH is an organization that provides a support group for children and their families who are born with congenital heart diseases/defects here in our region.
since the inaugural event in 2020 Rochester winter renaissance has raised more than $9,000, for MLH

the social working, bartending Carnival Cat loves snails and cheese. The illustrating, designing Renaissance rat loves the snow. together they work hard to present to you Rochester winter renaissance Festivus.
roc win ren fest was born out of their love for the local festivals, arts, service industry, and all four of the region's seasons, including winter. what started as an idea, has now grown into an important part of their lives, strengthening their connection to and understanding of community.
inspired by the bravery of ren rat randy's little cousin
and because the affects of heart disease reach many, Mended little hearts became their choice charity to uplift and celebrate local heart heroes.
Three Heads Brewing
"The kind" hearted brew masters who welcome us into their castle and serve up some good ol' ale.
Three Heads Brewing began in 2010 and settled into the Atlantic Ave Brewery in 2016. in 2019 they gave the cat and rat a shot as first time organizers to use their space as a venue. 2020 marks the first year 3HB became Roc win ren fest's castle for the day.
