Want to sell your goods at Roc Win Ren Fest? Here is what you need yo know.

you must fill out the application on this site by march 1. Due to limited space and the amount of applicants, not all applicants may be selected. You will be notified by march 10.

there is a vendor fee of $40 for craft and $60 for food vendors. this fee is due within 48 hours of being selected in order to reserve your spot as it will ensure that you are committed to the event. this fee is non-refundable. a portion of this fee will be directly donated to our choice charity, Mended Little Hearts of Greater Rochester.

Please consider donating a craft item to our raffle. 100% of the raffle earnings will be donated to the charity.

All vendors will be outside in the closed off parking lot or patio space. please be prepared for any type of weather. Easy ups are encouraged, with weights for the bottom.

Each craft vendor will have a 10 feet wide by 18 feet long space for their setup. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, tents and displays.

Set up time begins at 10:30am. Please do not arrive any later than 11:15am as we will be closing off the parking lot area at this time for attendees.

A full costume is not required but we ask to please consider dressing and/or accessorizing to the theme - Feel free to ask us about this if you have any questions/concerns.
